পণ্য ও মূল্য ফেরত নীতি:
• পণ্য ফেরত:আপনার কাছে ভুল পণ্য পৌছালে বা কোন ত্রুটি থাকলে পণ্য ফেরত দিতে পারবেন অথবা আমরা সঠিক পণ্য আপনার কাছে বিনা ডেলিভারি চার্জে পৌছে দেব। পণ্য ফেরত দেওয়ার ক্ষেত্রে আমাদের গ্রাহক সহায়তা দল আপনাকে সহায়তা করবে। তবে আমাদের কিছু শর্ত আছে, শর্তগুলো নিচে দেওয়া হল:
১. ফেরত দেওয়া পণ্যটিকে অবশ্যই অব্যবহৃত ও তার আসল রূপে/অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে, আইটেমটির প্যাকেজিংয়ের ও ভিতরের পণ্যের কোন ক্ষয় ক্ষতি বা ছেড়া বা ছিদ্র থাকতে পারবে না।
২. পণ্যটি হাতে পাওয়া মাত্রই অবশ্যই সাথে সাথে আপনাকে পণ্যটির ভিডিও করে আমাদের Whatsapp-এ পাঠাতে হবে এবং আমাদের হেল্পলাইনের প্রতিনিধির সাথে যোগাযোগ করতে হবে। এই শর্তগুলি পূরণ না হলে আমরা ‘পণ্য ফেরত’ প্রত্যাখ্যান করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি।
পণ্যটি আমাদের কাছে পৌছালে তা চেক করা হবে ও আপনার দেওয়া তথ্য প্রমাণ বিবেচনা করা হবে। সব শেষে আপনার ‘পণ্য ফেরত’ গৃহীত হলে আপনাকে ফোন দিয়ে অবহিত করা হবে এবং ‘পণ্য ফেরত’ প্রক্রিয়া শুরু হবে।
• মূল্যফেরত: আপনার ‘পণ্য ফেরত’ গৃহীত হলে মূল্য ফেরত দেওয়ার প্রক্রিয়া শুরু হবে। আপনি যেই মাধ্যমে মূল্য পরিশোধ করেছেন, সেই মাধ্যমেই আপনি মূল্য ফেরত পাবেন। ‘মূল্য ফেরত’ প্রক্রিয়া সম্পন্ন হতে ৭-১০ কর্ম দিবস লাগবে।
• বিক্রয়োত্তর সেবা:কাস্টমারের কাছে পণ্য পৌঁছানোর ক্ষেত্রে আমরা আমাদের সর্বোচ্চ সাবধানতা অবলম্বন করে থাকি। এছাড়া আমরা আমাদের পণ্যের শতভাগ গুণগতমান বজায় রাখার ক্ষেত্রে সর্বদা সচেষ্ট থাকি। এছাড়া আমাদের কোন পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে যদি আমরা সার্ভিস ওয়ারেন্টি প্রদান করে থাকি তবে সেটা পণ্যের বিস্তারিত বিবরণীতে স্পষ্ট করে উল্লেখ করা হয়। সার্ভিস ওয়ারেন্টির মেয়াদ পণ্য ভেদে ভিন্ন হয়ে থাকে, তাই আমরা অনুরোধ করব যে পণ্য ক্রয়ের পূর্বে ভালো করে ‘পণ্যের বিস্তারিত বিবরণী’ ভালো করে পরে নিতে। আমাদের পণ্য নিয়ে যদি আপনার কোন জিজ্ঞাসা বা পরামর্শ থেকে থাকে তাহলে আমাদের হট লাইন নাম্বারে যোগাযোগ করুন। আমরা অবশ্যই বিষয়টি গুরুত্ব সহকারে নেব।
• পণ্য বিনিময়: পণ্য বিনিময় (অর্থাৎ আমাদের একটি পণ্যের বিনিময়ে আরেকটি সমপরিমাণ দামের পণ্য নেওয়া) গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।
